"Of all things I locked my keys in my car on the worst rain we've had this season. I haven't had to call for help in years. Frustrated I called my agent Kris Greene rather than the road side assistance as I was safe inside a place of business to wait. Kris had me taken care of within 20 minutes. "I have had several different company's over the years and let me tell you, state farm takes the cake. While dealing with Krystal, the whole process of coverage and getting taken care of was so easy. "I called in on December 31, seeking an insurance quote and Krystal was handed my call. She was pleasant and eager to handle my request despite the timing. I originally asked for just a homeowners quote and she kindly explored an auto insurance request additionally. I knew she was busy and made room for me, which I greatly appreciated. As it turned out State Farm was far more competitive than Allstate and she went the distance and set up my whole policy, which because of her intuition cleared the underwriters without a problem.
