"On Friday, Aug 8, 2025, I turned too sharply into a parking lot at a local park at 9:30 AM. I damaged the rear passenger door and panel of my Jeep. I took photos and sent Kris Greene an email from my iPhone at 10 AM from the park. Feeling confident that Kris would take care of me, my husband and I took our dog on a walk at the park as planned. Kris called me personally within 15 minutes to find out which body shop I wanted to take my Jeep to. When I arrived home, before I even stepped inside, I got a call from the body shop to schedule an appointment. I had no sooner hung up from the body shop than I got a call from the rental car company. Both appointments were scheduled for Monday! What tremendous service! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I just happened to mention to Kris the day after I was scheduled to get my car back that it was delayed a week. This was on a Saturday. Around noon on Monday, I got a text message that my Jeep would be ready by 3 PM! Kris made a call, and suddenly my Jeep was ready! What an amazing State Farm Agent, Kris Greene is!"
